  Pharmacy is pathetic. Went through the drive-thru to get my daughters prescription. While I was waiting on someone to come to the window. I was reading a sticker, that they have posted to their window. This sticker says... “NOW AVAILABLE THROUGH DRIVE-THRU.” And lists serval different medicines. I asked if I could get one of those medicines, that were listed? They told me, I had to come inside to get it. What a joke! Don’t advertise something on your window, if you’re not going to follow through with it! Not only are they slow as ever, (inside and out.) They’re not friendly either. Will get our prescriptions, somewhere else, from now on.

  One of three pharmacies in Pueblo West, and the only dedicated one. Drive-through is painfully slow 95% of the time, and very disappointing that it's not open 24 hours. Staff is generally competent for the amount of business it gets.

  Pharmacy is slow, it takes forever to get anything filled. The lady in the drive through is not friendly and not helpful. I had to come back 3 different times because she wasn’t giving me the information I needed to get my prescription.
